Refund Policy

Because every title on AdultGameStation is a digital product delivered instantly by download link, refunds are handled differently than physical goods. Please read this before purchasing.

Digital delivery — no automatic refunds

Once a download link has been issued, the sale is generally treated as final. This is standard practice across digital storefronts because a delivered file can't be "returned" the way a physical item can.

When a refund may be considered

You were charged but never received a working download link.
The file is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn't match the listed title.
You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment error.

If any of these apply, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order/transaction reference and a description of the issue.

Crypto payments

Crypto transactions are irreversible by nature — we cannot "reverse" a blockchain transaction the way a bank can reverse a card charge. Approved refunds are issued manually, back to a wallet address you provide, once the issue is confirmed. This can take longer than a card refund, so please be patient once a refund is approved.

Transaction ID / hash (for crypto) or order reference (for card, once available)
A clear description of the problem
